Is there a free trial?
Yes — all new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan, no card required. You can send declarations, download evidence packs, and run your full gap analysis. On day 14, you choose a plan or your account moves to Essentials.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time — no penalties, no exit fees. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export all declarations, evidence packs, and audit logs. After 30 days, data is securely deleted.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge if you have not downloaded more than one evidence pack or sent more than five declarations in the billing period. Contact hello@coverproof.co.uk to request one.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. All plans are available month-to-month with no minimum term. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months — we show both options at checkout so you can choose.
Who owns our data?
You own it. CoverProof processes your data as a data processor under a written Data Processing Agreement. All data is stored on UK infrastructure and never transferred outside the UK. A full DPA is available for your records.
What support is included?
Essentials and Professional plans include email support (response within 1 business day). Firm plans include a 4-hour priority response. Enterprise customers get a named compliance manager.
Can we add team members later?
Yes. Professional plans support up to 3 users; Firm plans have unlimited seats. You can add or remove team members at any time from your firm dashboard. Role-based access control is included.
